The Colombian idol of Latin music, Manuel Turizo, “demolishes” musical barriers and presents his first song in the bachata genre called “La bachata“. The theme, loaded with a lot of romanticism, premieres with its official music video, available on all digital platforms.
Manuel Turizo, internationally recognized for his deep voice, his romantic style and for being an exponent of the urban genre, presents the first bachata song of his artistic career “La bachata“. The theme, which was born from the composition of Manuel Turizo himself together with Edgar Barrera, Andrés Jael Correa, Juan Diego Medina and Miguel Andrés Martínez, has very romantic lyrics, but tells a story of heartbreak about a boy who remembers a great lost love.
“I’m driving through the streets you kissed me…”, is just one of the many phrases of love and melancholy in this song that marks a before and after in Turizo’s artistic career, demonstrating that the power and versatility of his voice adapt to any musical style.
“I am a music lover, I listen to all kinds of music and that inspires me to create different things. I love being able to present this topic to you and be able to get closer to bachata lovers, I am one of them”, Manuel Turizo stated through written statements.
“La Bachata” premieres with its official music video. It contains unpublished images from Manuel’s childhood, combined with a 90’s vibe that includes a folder full of music CDs, a discman and the characteristic 90’s headphones.
The music video recorded in the city of Miami, was directed by Colombian Dave, with the production company Wildhouse Pictures and is available on all digital music platforms.
